14. Dezember 2023 18:00 – 21:00 at Meuterei
For a scholar who works with the topics of present day eastern-european history, one particular decade is often more attractive than the others. It is the nineties that seem to have so many mysteries and clues, puzzles and answers, a time period which is clearly already a History yet something always real and present. Let us try to better understand how the collapse of the Soviet Union, war in Chechnya and the zeitgeist of the 90s shaped our 21 century moods and war(s). Or did it shape it at all?
Please join us and bring friends to an informative evening with Glühwein, buffet and a talk by Ukrainian Historian Sasha Kantser in the cozy rooms of Meuterei 🙂
The event will be in English.
Information on accessibility: The site is accessible via a ramp (although relatively steep) and has toilets that are wheelchair accessible.
